Bookmark Live: Beyond Reality

Escapism is a theme often found in science fiction and fantasy books. Upon closer inspection, however, one would find real world issues underlying many of them. This escaping of reality as a way of addressing reality in the sci-fi/fantasy genres is the subject of this month’s Bookmark Live. Host Umapagan Ampikaipakan will be delving into this together with literary columnist Sharmilla Ganesan and comedian Jason Leong.
